I think McMahon has gotten over Brock leaving - he was included in
WWE '12 as an unlockable Legend (impressive, considering his entire pro wrestling career lasted all of two years) and his name is occasionally mentioned when the commentators talk about "all the greats who have held the WWE Championship over the years" (they went out of their way to never speak of him for years). Plus, he would rake in a lot of cash for the company, if they could find him a worthy opponent and build him up as the unstoppable monster he once was.
A few days ago, Goldberg tweeted that he'd be willing to face him at WM29, but it's hard to say how big a draw that would be - they both had their last match against each other at WM20 and they made no effort at all (which left a worse impression on the fans than their departure).
Ultimately it's all about the money. Brock never had much love for pro wrestling, he was just in it for a hefty paycheck, so it depends on whether or not WWE is willing to offer enough to lure him back into the ring.
This was a long, very off-topic post, so I'll make up for it by saying I'm looking forward to UFC 142. I'm not that interested in the main event, but I'm looking forward to seeing if Vitor Belfort is still as good as he was in the early UFCs.
