I am currently:

have you spoken with a professional about your experience? If not, I would suggest that you consider doing so, particularly if you are feeling distressed about it.

But I do have a few questions:

the voice that you are hearing is it a different voice to your own?
Do you hear it internally or externally?

Sometimes anxiety and mood disorders can manifest our thoughts and fears into more animated "realities" for want of a better word and as such can be experienced almost outside of your own realm of thinking when they are really your thoughts to begin with.

So for example, someone who is severely depressed might start experiencing their suicidal thoughts as a voice that says "they must die because they aren't worth living." When in actual fact the individual is experiencing intense suicidal feelings and is considering if suicide is the answer.

I am wondering if some of what the voice is saying to you are shared concerns/ fears that you experience? Do you feel in some way that people are monitoring your every move? Do you feel that people are out to harm you?

Either way things are obviously somewhat difficult for you, and I think it would be a good idea to speak with a GP or therapeutic professional to assist you in managing your current experience.

Take good care of yourself, reach out if you need too.
Be well.

life isn't about finding yourself, it's about creating yourself.
