Asphyxia - I think your resolutions sound great and really positive!

One good thing is that - especially for #2-4, they aren't extremely concrete goals. For example, let's say you don't really exercise much at all now, but you manage to do it a couple time a week for a month or so, then you might slack off a couple months, then get back to doing it more often again. If something like this were to happen, I wouldn't say you failed at your goal, but instead that you made a great improvement in trying to reach it. Fact is, if that were the case, you'd still be exercising
more regularly than you had been, and that's kind of a goal in and of itself. Best of luck!
