As someone who has depression, and knows what it takes to stick around with me, I would recommend you also get some form of therapy yourself. So that you have a safe outlet for any feelings that you may have as a result of how she is, and anything that may happen.
It is very hard to watch someone go through depression. I think the most important things are to let her know that you are there for her, that you support her and still love her. Try to listen and not assume things are a certain way or will be fixed if xyz is done, and be willing to sometimes just sit quietly.
It sounds like you care a great deal about them, so I wonder if you have asked them this? Sometimes the best thing you can do is to ask them what they would like for you to do, what would help them? and remind them that that door is open should they need it.
