Sorry to hear about your predicament.
If you have been with your company for over a year then you have certain rights - acas will tell you that too.
They can't just sack you they have to go through company procedure like give oral and written warning.
When attending the meeting it is very important you take someone with you eg Trade Union rep, colleague or even CPN.
