I'd been with my Man nearly a year for our first Christmas (because we got together in January) so it was a slightly more serious relationship but if I remember rightly I think I only got him a T-shirt! I think he got me a teddy.
Very boring!
Perfume is always nice if she wears it, but try and make sure it's one she wears or will like. Same with jewellery, if she really liked cats for example you could get a necklace with a cat on it and it's a bit more personal and less lovey-dovey traditional than a heart necklace, for example.
Definately don't go over the top and spend too much. I'd say maybe £20? Do you know how much she'll be spending on you, roughly?
