I don't really think that it could be seen as actively advocating drug use, to be honest - it's only providing information in the same way as Wikipedia does, although I guess the 'personal experience' stories might be seen that way, if you were determined to find fault. And they are a good balance between good and bad, as far as I know. Its sheer exhaustive extent of information puts it head and shoulders above anything else out there, and is admirably honest about the fact that humans will and always will take psychoactive substances - tobacco all the way to datura! (man that stuff sounds crazy)
