I'm not allowed to do that with zopiclone, pgf. My GP only prescribes me 10 at a time, to last ideally a couple of months. If I took them frequently, she would likely not prescribe me any more.
They help when I take them, yes. I still wake up fairly frequently, but I sleep better inbetween. But I also get worsening of some of my symptoms the next day.
