To be honest i wouldnt be surprised if your brother doesn't already know when i told most of my family i was gay they basically said to me oh yeah i kinda guessed.
I would just sit him down and say that he's the most improtant person in your life that you have something to tell him then just come out with it it might be a shock to him at first but if he loves you he will come round,You could always test the water first if your not sure how he feels about gay/bi people but like i say if he loves you and hes not ok with the idea he will come round to it.
