i did eventually manage to talk to nice lady yesterday, told her most of what sister did over the weekend and why she left sharp in me, i did have to write some of the yucky details down though couldnt say them to her.
she still wants me to speak to the police, but i dont think i can cope with that. i struggle so much telling her whats happened how can i tell the police?
im just stupid stupid.
