youre not a screw up and youre not cursed. your sister is bad and that is why she is hurting you. she doesnt love you. if she loved you she wouldnt do sexual things with you, let her friends do that stuff to you, she wouldnt leave you so hurt that you have to visit the hospital.
you dont have to tell the police, but you should. telling the police will hopefully make you safe from her forever, and also your sister would not be able to hurt anyone else. she would get the correction and help she needs so that maybe she will never hurt anyone again like this. you really do need to call the police. i know thats scary; let the nice lady help you. you dont have to do it alone.
