It sounds like you are finding things hard at the moment, and I am sorry to hear that. Have you talked to the people at the perinatal clinic about how you are feeling about everything, including the financial side of things?

Also - have you spoken to your husband about how you feel. It sounds like you are struggling with what feels like a lack of independance and a I can understand how frustrating that can be.

In terms of decorating - try not to worry about everything matching. To be honest, when you have a child the most important thing is that the child, and you are comfortable, and safe, colours are not as important and it does not matter if they do not match. If need be, you can always get something else further down the line.

In terms of doing things - being pregnant does not stop you doing things, so if not doing anything is making you feel bad, then maybe try and do some things around the house. Even if it is just something little.

I think it is a good idea to speak to your husband, and to the perinatal clinic and to seek the support they can provide for you while you go through what is bound to be an emotional and draining time.
