Speaking from my experience, the flashbacks won't go away quickly. They'll come less often and you'll heal and move on, but they don't just disappear. I'm hear if you need me.

	maybe its time to change and leave it all behind ive been the one to walk alone ive always been scared to try so why does it feel so wrong to reach for something more to wanna live a better life what am i waiting for? maybe its time to change
