No you can't, it's impossible with people. Like I say, there are certain times when you're fertile and certain times when you're not. People will have sex at any time, they're not like other animals where they only have it when they are fertile. However, to get pregnant a egg has to be released. Your hormone levels can fluctuate meaning some cycles are different to others and can be completely different meaning you can actually get pregnant then if you ovulate when you wouldn't usually but you most definitely can't get pregnant at any time, you can just have blips in your hormones which means at times you may ovulate at times that are out of the ordinary. There are very few species that can get pregnant (when they are not already) at virtually any time and humans definitely aren't one of them, the difference with humans is they can feel sexually aroused all the time.
I did actually make this clear in my post saying
There is a specific time window in which you can get pregnant (which can change between different cycles as not all are the same length even ifyours usually are) and at other times you can't. There is no way to know for certain whether or not you've ovulated (unless you seek tests at a doctors) though there are indicators and so you don't know if it's just been the timing each time.
showing that I'm aware that the timings can be different to what you'd normally expect due to you ovulating early or late but you need to ovulate and you don't have premature eggs (follicles) that are ready to ovulate at any time as the hormones that are needed for this go through peaks and troughs through your cycle but the timing can sometimes alter same as you may not always show the typical signs of ovulation such as a drop in body temperature and hormones in your urine which ovulation indicators look for.
Never once did I mean that it was totally impossible as, like I said, hormone levels alter allowing for ovulation and this NEEDS to occur and there is almost always only one ovulation in each cycle and ovums (eggs) deteriorate or have passed to far after a few days so they can no longer be fertilised/ the zygote (fertilised egg) has travelled too far there isn't enough time for it to implant into the uterus. Though sperm can survive in the females uterus and fallopian tubes often 5-7days but in some cases 10days which is why there can be a spread of dates in which someone can have sex and still end up pregnant.
