i love the idea about the orange ribbon as the body. as for the saying, i know having a lot of saying might help you create one you really like sooooo, love yourself, be true to yourself, be yourself, trust yourself, accept yourself, accepting yourself, you must love yourself before you can love someone else, cant really think of more.
