You can make it a long note and tell as much as you can. Then add the nice ladies phone number to the bottom (or anyone you want to call) and have the person from RYL make the call for you. If you can't get to the phone you'll be stuck there for longer and you don't deserve this horrible abuse. You need help hun... Can you do that? Would that work... That way you don't even have to call at all.
Just write down what you want to say to her word for word and send it to someone from RYL who is willing to make the call. They can even make it anonymously so long as they can reach someone and get you the help you need.
This is a wonderful suggestion, I would be willing to do this Jo, if you trust me to. Just tell me what to say, in a PM and I'll call someone for you. You can't keep going through this, you don't deserve this.
