I think it's important to not beat yourself up if your having a bad study day and always make sure tomorrow is a new day.
Google revision tips and work out which ones sound like they will work for you - eg if you cant concentrate could you make mind maps? Or if you have a phone that you can record on or dictaphone speak your revision into it and then listen to it whilst doing your housework say!
Depression does make study harder but getting a good routine going really will help
