Sounds like abilify is making your anxiety worse at the moment- if it doesn't improve after a few weeks it may not be a useful drug for you - ask your dr.

Exactly. My doc said it was fine to take for a couple of weeks. But it's addictive if you take it daily for too long.

Oh and with work, maybe discuss it with your supervisor. Perhaps you can take a few minutes break if it gets too much. That kind of thing comes under "reasonable adjustment" for disabilities.
