This is something you need to see your Dr about. I would suggest you stop taking the painkillers as taking them too much can exasperate the problem (some headaches can be caused by over-use of painkillers). General rule of thumb for over counter meds is that if they do not help your symptoms for 4 days, you should stop taking and go to a Dr.

You say you are drinking fluids, but it sounds like the amount you are eating and drinking is not regular enough for your body to be processing it properly - hence the headaches and constipation. It is something a Dr needs to advise you on.

In general, headaches can be caused by a large number of things (including dehydration, low blood sugar, exhaustion, eye strain, stress and electrolyte imbalances amongst others) and your GP can help in ruling some out and giving you advice on how to deal with them.
