Thank you for the replies. I wasn't suggesting that I changed my dose without speaking to doctors but at the moment I am getting therapy through a charity and tablets and that's it really. Disappointed with the service from Docs.
I was recently (less than 6 months ago) bereaved twice my Dad and his mother a week apart, GP was very arrogant and stuff and didn't listen to me, I told him about the bereavements and next sentence he said was 'Not like anyone just died is it?' I was shocked he wasn't listening.
