CBT
Hey guys,
carrying on from the previous cbt thread. It doesn't seem to be working...its been almost six months. I had two months of being on track but then I dropped off and ended up worse than the start. I have said to my counselor I feel like we're wasting time. She said we could take a break until the fall, but I felt like saying a break from what? She hasn't mentioned any other things that she could offer. I dunno if I should stick it out of just let it go? At the sametime, I'm scared to be alone with myself and don't want to truck along without her. Thoughts?
