If you have time they do sell wireless bras. My mom bought me some while I was inpatient and they are actually quite comfortable (I'm not that busty though, so I can't speak for larger girls.) Sports bras work too.
Also teaparty is totally right. I got tricked into feeling like I wanted to beat the system and find ways to cut anyway. And there always are ways.
