That's because some people cope through humour. You can't say that people have to be doom and gloom to be on this website, nothing would ever get done.

Again, I have been a member for a long time. It helped me to know that I was not alone. I am in a place where I can absorb bullying to some degree. But it is disconcerting how much there is that no one flags. I don't know what I would do without the site. But I still don't understand why there isn't more training, and more mods who actually want to do the job.
Again, being a mod is a huge responsibility and you will need to do the job up to standard, obey all the rules and generally not have any support. Most people here are not in the position to do that, and some who are don't want to because they know how stressful it is.
