I had the same problem with Citalopram too - It worked for a long time and then it just stopped and I fell into a relapse, just like you.
I am now on Fluoxetine - I started about October and it worked until I stupidly thought I was okay and took myself off it and then I just went a bit loopy - and my BPD got out of control. I have just put myself back onto it and I am sort of feeling really mixed so am going to talk to my GP tomorrow so I definately agree that you should go and see your gp *hugs*
