i dont mean to be rude Laura, but the situation youre referring to, and ive just checked, was posted at 12.37am uk time.
i had happened to go into chat when i got home from work, at 1:30am, and members were like 'this is here' and i had deleted them all immediately. i dont think that thats too long to wait for moderator action, especially at that time of night.
in regards to action taken regarding that situation, when people use proxys, we just can not trace who it was. its difficult to take action against someone that you have no proof who they might be.
the situation as it is is.. awful from a moderating side, but really, there is nothing that can be done until peoples situations improve, or until Harley comes back.
Also, a lot of the trouble between certain members seems to happen over formdpring and stuff, which we can do nothing about.
I cant speak for all the mods of course, but.. in regards to my own situation, and im one of the most regular mods, i am currently working 50 odd hours a week, often finishing at 5am, and i have 10 days until i am going to be homeless. a lot of the mods are having a much harder time than i am.
We do need new mods, but to be honest, i dont think theres anyone that really stands out as being able to, or wanting to do it... and.. again, nothing can be done without Harley.
