Another thing ALL chat/forum mods have each others mobile numbers so when drama is caused they can be contactable to sort it out before it esculates.

There are usually one or two mods online. I mean, the mornings (9-11am) it is quieter but then, so is RYL generally. I'll agree that we need more mods and more input from those with the power to change the site and mods do have a responsibility to this site. However, they can't be expected to jump to the nearest computer if there is drama as that would encourage their offline life to be ruled by RYL. If there is drama, it seems to be sorted pretty quickly, from my experience. I would imagine that a lot of mods have each other's phone numbers anyway.
