I feel like I'm on the edge of a breakdown Ive been getting more emotional stressed argumentative more frequent and more extreme mood/personality swings and other things this has been brewing for a while but Ive managed to keep myself together with only minor si cases but I feel like I'm starting to loose control and I feel like things are going to rip soon, this has been on and off for over 6 years. I don't know what to do.
