I've never yet called the crisis team because of the usual reasons but one of my dbt therapists works for crisis so has told me i have to call her this weekend so im bricking it. But she did also say that sometimes it is useful to call them before you are at utter breaking point because you are more likely to use them when you are at the end of your tether.
I dont mean just phone and say hi ya just fancied a chat lol but try call them BEFORE you reach that point (it will be easier).
