Thankyou, yeah I think that would be helpful for me if I planned out what I was going to say before I rang.. maybe if I wrote a bit of a 'script' ha.
I have an out patients appointment on the 6th june, now I'm starting to panic about that, haha.. Anyone know what they ask at these things? I'm awful at talking face to face so would prefer to write things down before hand, but i can't really write things if I don't know what they're going to say..
I've managed so far to avoid the crisis team.. each day feels as though it's getting harder and harder though, and I just really don't think I have the confidence to call them..
