If you tell someone at work they might be able to put things in place for you to make it easier for you to do your job. There is a thing called reasonable adjustments which employers should make for people who have health problems that affect their work. Why do you think it would stop you from getting a promotion? That would be discrimination. Perhaps it would help you to get a promotion because you would be better able to do your job with the right kind of adjustments or understanding.





I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.

Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass.
