Chels could well have a point there with regards to the 'emo' thing. In all honesty, room 4 is not a pleasant place to be, it is full of 'glamourising' of all sorts of things and it's full of people who point-blank refuse to take on board any advice.

These comments seem a bit unfair to me. Yes, there are people in chat who won't take advice on board, and that's annoying. There are people like that on the forums, too, and in that case I simply don't respond to the threads. In chat there's an ignore button if they annoy me too much.
Room 4 gets criticised a lot but really, it's down to members to improve it. I've had good, in-depth conversations in there, helpful advice being passed around, sympathy given... if everyone makes an effort and won't encourage drama-people, then it can work.
I must say I prefer room 4 over the general rooms. The conversations there give me a headache too often, so I don't spend time in there.
On a different note, agreed with Dreaming. - I didn't know there's only 4 chat mods these days. That's good work, considering the situation.
