I take this for travel sickness. Usually around 75mg in the day, as I travel from Brighton to middlesbrough (350 miles - uni to home).
I think its good for sleep (good alternative to sleeping tablets like Z-drugs / benzos) and Ive never took anything better for sickness.
It also seems to calm the EPS from antipsychotics. Possibly due to the anticholinergic effects. I love promethazine. I can finally travel. :)
