To cut a long story short i have been given a list of meds to look into by my psychiatrist by my next session so we can discuss it more (read 'discuss' as him trying to convince me i need to be on meds and me trying to convince him that i really have thought it through and i have relevant reasons not to be on them).

So yeah, the list is below, let me know how they worked for you, what side effects they had and how they are long term vs short term... Especially mention is they worsened SH, ED behaviours or suicidal ideation in you because it was being on meds before that triggered the actual action of SH in me.
