Don't give up...
I owe RYL everything,
When times were really tough there was always someone online willing to try and talk it through, always something to read on the forums and advice, and always a different distraction i could try.
Fighting Depression, is a challenge. But when you put good friends together with a bit of will power and people who understand and care, it can definitely be fought.
However you got there, sometimes hatred towards yourself, so much hurt, sadness and anger can be so difficult to deal with, but believe me, it can be done.
And when no one else is there, promise to just be there for yourself, because you can do it.
