Namaste, have you ever tried RYL Chat? That can be more like conversation and means that you won't be bored waiting for replies.
Also, I don't know any forums off the top of my head that where bullying doesn't take place. I assume that any place with people, there will be an element of bullying because it happens everywhere which is a shame, but an occurance. Facebook is good for games and suchlike, you can do them whilst on Facebook chat and whilst you won't get talked to every second of the day, you might get a conversation every so often.
I know you won't want to hear this but I will say that basing your life completely online is not a good thing. I mean, what if you have a power cut? You don't always know who you are talking to online, as well, not completely, so be careful not to let yourself get hurt through that. Perhaps, now that you know your struggles, you could begin to challenge them, rather than to push them away.
