I have also asked my boyfriend if I could cut. Realize he doesn't want to see you hurt yourself he isn't going to give you permission. 7 weeks is a long time to go so don't be so hard on yourself. Maybe talk this out with your boyfriend and maybe not cut if talking about it helps. good luck.
