Hey. I just wanted to say that I definitely think teeth grinding is a possibility. I just found out a few months ago that I grind my teeth at night. It was causing headaches and my teeth were unusually sensitive and painful. It was also related to stress. When I was more stressed, I would grind them harder. Unfortunately, it also did some damage to my teeth over time, which I'm pretty pissed about. I got a mouth guard from wal-mart that you boil and then bite down on so that it imprints your teeth. It wasn't very expensive and it works. It is tough to get used to though.

I would give that a try if you think it could be teeth grinding.

Good luck! :)

Just what am I supposed to say?
And tell you why I turned out this way?
Don't make me. Don't make me.
