I don't really know what to say except just keep thinking about how far you have come (congrats on the 9 months by the way!) and how you would have to start over again if you cut. That keeps me going sometimes. Just take things one day at a time, and things will get better eventually. One thing that I used to do when I was going through a bad time was to plan one enjoyable activity for me to do every day...it doesn't matter how small it is, like maybe going for a walk for example. I don't know, that's just an idea. But anyway, I hope you feel better soon and stay strong. Feel free to PM me anytime if you want to talk.
