The reference to SI is symbolic. Her mother makes a point of her scratching herself in the past and there is one scene where you see her doing it, but only for a quick second, and it looks no worse than someone itching an itch. She does bleed a lot throughout the film though in a symbolic sort of way. One scene could be especially triggering for SI since you see her pick at a would, not really as SI though, and it gets pretty bad. You also see a few graphic wounds on a patient in the hospital for a quick second.
There are, I think two stabbing scenes. One in which someone stabs her face. (I closed my eyes for most of that =\ ) and another scene in which there is a struggle involving choking and a stabbing.
As for ED references, I think it is mostly that she throws up sometimes due to anxiety, not because of an ED, and it is stated once in the movie that she has "lost weight." You hear her throw up in a bathroom stall near the beginning. In another scene you see her about to throw up in a toilet but I don't think she does. There is another though where you actually see her throw up. All are pretty quick scenes. There is one more where she refuses a piece of cake, then feels guilty and agrees to eat a piece reluctantly.
There are a few sexual scenes, including two in which she masturbates, and a couple others in which someone touches her there. There's a lesbian scene that goes a bit further than just making out and touching. I think it's also important to say that there is a scene with the main character that I think could be triggering sexual harassment, although I don't think the main character felt uncomfortable when it happened.
There's also a scene at a club, that's really strobe light flashy, if that bothers you.
