I am currently:
feeling pretty down at the moment.
things have been going wrong all day.

I slept thorugh my alarm this morning, ended up 2 hours late to work.
Mood has been pretty much down hill from there.

I've been tempted to cut.
and the urge just won't go away.
I've had my knife out a couple of times. I only put it away if I think someone will see it.
I don't like it. I don't want to feel this way
