has anyone ever been to them? I am going to start a group early feb and I am uncertain of what to expect...
the last time I went to a support group was many many years ago and that was for ED's. I dont know, I guess I am just scared I may be the only young person there?
The rehab group I will be attending is run by my local community health service... I just wana know what to expect and it to go ok!!!
any advice or reassurance would be great!
