I am currently:

Ok let's try and stay calm first of all...it'll be ok just gotta take this one step at a time if you read that post back it's overwhelming! you're doing better than you think.

Doctor's surgery receptionists are notoriously power trippy....they like to be the keepers of all information and be the ones who control you care! does my head in. Whenis your own doctor back? If you call them and request an emergency appointment they MUST give you one! Perhaps you should consider changing surgeries when all this dies down? I'm doing the same my GP surgery has been hopeless when I've actually needed help the most. There is still this awful stigma with mental health no matter what anyone says in my opinion. If you went in with a broken leg you'd get that treated in no time right?

I'm curious as to how they decided that you failed the medical exam for the ESA? And have they just stopped it all together on you or is it just suspended pending further evidence required? Instead of waiting on the appeal process and having no money for months yu consider just going down and making a fresh claim for Jobseeker's Allowance or can you access a Crisis Loan payment in the interim?

CAB are ridiculous to get an appointment with try contacting your local Law Centre (I don't know where you're based but it's just called the Belfast Law Centre where I am so I assume each area has a similar services?) They will work on your behalfs with claims.

And you rent...are you receiving Housing Benefit?

And if your parents are willing to help I know it's awful I know the feeling but I would just take the help. And pay them back. That's all you can do. If it will lift the stress you you'll just have to swallow your pride and take their help. They only offer because they love you and they care.

In the long run...and I mean when you get everything stable again....I would consider moving out too! Minimising your stress is important and it sounds like the current living situation could be contributing to your feelings.

Keep in touch miss, hope things get better. I really hope you mean it when you said it was an amicable split with the bf. nothing is worse than heartbreak :( Things will change for the better soon you can do it xoxo
