I am currently:

Ive done abit of it (though trying to get out of it at the moment). It basically looks at your thoughts and feelings and how they are linked to the way you behave and vice versa. I think it can take quite awhile to work and you have to be prepared to put the effort in as you have to do things for each appointment like fill out mood and activity diaries and stuff. It sure it can be beneficial.

On the other hand, if you're looking for personal experiences then i dont find it very useful and i dont like my CPN. But if you get on with yours and you're willing to give it a go then im sure it'll help. Take care :)
