Thank you for both of your replies, i'll think about both of them. I'll stick with them for the mean time, i may just go chat to my gp about it. The psychologist assesment i had the person said they'd see me again for a second one if they feel the need which is likely, i could talk to her about it as she was like a sigh of relief. Thankyou for also reading my rv thread disappear. Im glad you see my point of view.
Also insignificant one i dont think they know me well enough to even be worried about me, i think they wouldnt bother doing a thing if i refused to see them.
