Please help us all to learn to love ourselves, as it was intended. Help us to see the precious qualities that reside within us, and that we can positively impact the World. Help us to appreciate our own bodies, to see our own self-worth and to understand that you will always love us, no matter what. Send your peace out to those who are in need of comfort, and please fill the hearts of everyone with your presence.
