I understand how you feel, this happens a lot to me too.

I think that we all go through stages of thinking that things are normal to us, but to everyone else its not. This could be because we look at things differently or we don't want to admit to how we are really feeling.

I hope that this has helped, I'm not the best at giving advice. Can never find the right words.
