First I'd like to say welcome to RYL & to the ED board. There's a lot of really lovely people here, so feel free to ask for support whenever you need it. Also, could you please remove the amount of exercises you did/do, as they're against the rules.
I can really relate to what you're saying here, and I really don't have much advice right now as my brain is muddled, but do you have any professional support at all? If not, you should look into it. Eating disorders are really hard things to overcome with help, let alone without it.
I might come back to this tomorrow morning and give more of a helpful reply.
