I do kung fu, and ever since I started, I've felt so much better in the weeks I've had a class. I'd really recommend it to anyone! It's intense exercise, and builds confidence and strength. I've never been able to do things like running because of problems with my feet that give me a lot of pain, but I've found out I have a talent for punches, and I've got some real muscle on my arms now. The only problem is that the classes aren't always regular, and sometimes there are long periods when they're not on, and I feel noticably worse then.
