I hope you are feeling better now. I know I have very bad withdrawal (dizzy, head zaps, spinning sensation, ringing, and being sick amongst other things) if I ever miss a dose and that it can take a good few hours to start to get back in the system. I am on quite a high dose though.
My GP basically said to always make sure you have at least a week in stock and put in the prescription way in advance of running out.
For me, it is balancing out the effect of the meds (must be fairly major considering my withdrawal should I miss a single tablet) and the fact that it is the first med to show even a slight improvement in my condition (it is this, or be labelled treatment resistant for me...).
