So far I've heard from Monmouth College, Indiana University - Bloomington, and Colorado School of Mines. Monmouth is giving me 14,000 a year, which still leaves 10,000 my parents aren't willing to pay. Mines hasn't given me anything yet, but they've sent me stuff saying that they're looking. IU is giving me 4,000 a year, which doesn't seem like a lot, but I'm a resident of Indiana and get half tuition because my parents worked for the university. I sent in my second reccomendation letter to Carleton College, but probably won't get much money there, because they don't do merit scholarships. University of Wisconsin - Madison is still "reviewing" my application. I haven't sent in my enrollment money anywhere, and Carleton is still my first choice, but IUB is looking like it's gonna be the one. If Mines give me enough money, that's probably my second choice.
Why does it seem that the college application process is easier in the UK? Haha, I'm still stressed out, and my applications are done already.
